New members have been added to the MOSFET series, and 3 types of MOSFET have obtained the certification of the internationally renowned third party TUV Rheinland AEC-Q101.
Wang Chenghong, Vice President of Xinjie Energy, Shi Bing, general manager of TUV Rheinland Solar Energy and commercial product service parts business, Song Jijun, president of Jiangsu Electronic Quality Inspection Institute and other representatives attended the certification ceremony.

Aec-q101 certification is a stress testing and evaluation of discrete semiconductor components based on failure mechanism, developed by the AEC Committee, which is suitable for the comprehensive reliability testing and certification of automotive discrete semiconductor components, and is an important guarantee for the application of discrete semiconductor components in the automotive field. AEC-Q101 certified power semiconductor devices represent superior quality and high reliability. The products that have passed AEC-Q101 certification are mainly used in domain controllers, cooling fans, automatic start and stop, oil/water pumps, anti-reverse connection and other fields.

The three vehicle scale products have been certified by TUV Rheinland AEC-Q101, which not only marks the product quality and reliability of Xinjie power MOSFET devices, but also affirms the internal quality management system of Xinjie Power and the industry-leading power semiconductor design and verification capabilities. At the same time, it further promotes the substitution process of domestic automotive components.
