EPCOS products are part of the product portfolio of TDK Corporation, one of the leading manufacturers of electronic components, modules, systems and devices. The broad portfolio of passive electronic components includes capacitors, ferrites, inductors, high-frequency components such as surface acoustic wave (SAW) filter products, piezo and protection components, and sensors. These components are marketed under the product brands TDK and EPCOS.

EPCOS offers Pressure Sensors in two series, the ASB barometric pressure transmitter and the ASR gauge pressure transmitter. EPCOS ASB / ASR Pressure Sensor transmitters are based on piezoresistive silicon pressure dies, have an on board compensation circuit for non-linearity and temperature error, and have a miniaturized SMD hybrid package. Both the ASB barometric pressure transmitter and the ASR gauge pressure transmitter feature analog ratiometric interface with adjustable output limits or digital 14 bit I²C interface, diagnosis functions like loss of V_dd/V_ss, bridge connections and short cuts, high immunity against electromagnetic influences, and plastic free surface mount technology for reflow soldering.

New! EPCOS has expanded their line of ASB / ASR Pressure Sensors to include C32 industrial pressure sensors. These industrial sensors include the B58601E3215B580 gauge pressure sensor die and the B58600E3224B580 and B58600E3215B580 absolute pressure sensor dies for wet media.
